Turnaround Time (TAT):

1-7 days unless otherwise stated on the individual product.

Shipping:

Items are shipped using USPS and tracking provided.  We are not responsible for items delayed, lost or stolen once USPS has taken possession of the item.  Please contact USPS for questions on delays or issues with your package.  If your order still shows pre-shipment - USPS awaiting item 2 business days after tracking is provided, please e-mail everlysophia.cs@gmail.com.   Any items returned due to an incorrect address will be invoiced for an additional shipping charge.

Local Pick Up:

No charge for pick up in Cherry Hill or Pennsauken.  Text or E-mail will be sent when order is ready with pick up instructions.  Orders not picked up within 14 days will be returned to inventory and no refund issued.  You will be offered to pay shipping prior to the item being returned to inventory.

Care Instructions:

If stained, spot treat with water and mild soap.  Air Dry.

If bow frays from wear, cut with scissors.  

Bows should not be worn while sleeping, in a car seat or while unattended.

Returns, Exchanges or Issues with Order:

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.  If you were sent the wrong item, please contact everlysophia.cs@gmail.com referencing your order number and issue.
